1-2 apples, washed and chopped
1/2 c. rolled oats, 1 Tbs. brown sugar, and a dash of cinnamon OR 1 pkg instant oatmeal (cinnamon or brown sugar flavor)
2 tsp. butter
- Put apple pieces in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Sprinkle oat/brown sugar/cinnamon mixture (or the oatmeal packet) over the apples. Break butter into small pieces and put on top.
- Microwave for 1 minute.
- Top with vanilla yogurt, if desired.
