Bean Dip

(Serves 6)

1 (16 oz.) can fat-free or vegetarian refried beans
1/2 c. salsa
2 Tbsp. taco seasoning
1/2 c. fat-free sour cream
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

  1. Mix refried beans, salsa, and taco seasoning in a bowl.
  2. Spread sour cream over the bean mixture.
  3. Sprinkle cheese over the sour cream.
  4. Cover and chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
Nutrition information per serving (about 1/2 c.): 140kcal, 16g carbs, 7g protein, 5g fat, 2g saturated fat, 710mg sodium, 4g fiber
