1 (6-inch) flour tortilla
2 Tbsp. hummus
1 oz. turkey or chicken
¼ c. cucumber slices
¼ c. tomato slices
½ c. carrot slices
1 Tbsp. low fat ranch dressing
- Spread the tortilla with hummus and top with turkey, cucumber, tomato and carrots.
- Roll the edge of the tortilla toward the center and continue to roll up the filling inside. (The dressing can be used as a dip or rolled inside with the other ingredients.)
- To serve, cut the roll-up in half.
