Roasted Edamame

(Serves 4)

1 (16 oz.) bag frozen edamame (in pods)

1 Tbsp. olive oil
Chili powder, garlic powder, and salt, to taste


  1. Rinse, thaw, and dry frozen edamame and spread on a baking sheet.
  2. Add olive oil and mix to coat well.
  3. Sprinkle with chili powder, garlic powder, and salt.
  4. Bake at 400° for about 25 minutes, stirring once.
  5. Feel free to add more salt, chili powder, or garlic powder if more flavor is desired.
