Seasoned Nuts

(Serves 3)

1 c. raw or unsalted almonds (and/or peanuts or cashews)
2 tsp. low-sodium soy sauce

  1. Spread nuts on a cookie sheet or foil.
  2. Roast in a 350- to 375-degree oven for 8-10 minutes, or saute over medium heat on the stovetop until lightly brown.
  3. Toss with soy sauce (or seasoning of your choice). Enjoy warm or at room temperature.
