2 oz. dark chocolate pieces, broken up
2 bananas, peeled
- Place chocolate pieces in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high for 20 seconds, stir, and continue microwaving for 20 second intervals until chocolate is glossy. Stir until all chocolate is melted and smooth.
- Place bananas on a plate. Pour melted chocolate over bananas.
- Place bananas in fridge for 30 minutes for chocolate to harden. (Place in freezer for a frozen chocolate banana dessert!)
