Chocolate Banana

(Serves 2)

2 oz. dark chocolate pieces, broken up
2 bananas, peeled

  1. Place chocolate pieces in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high for 20 seconds, stir, and continue microwaving for 20 second intervals until chocolate is glossy. Stir until all chocolate is melted and smooth.
  2. Place bananas on a plate. Pour melted chocolate over bananas.
  3. Place bananas in fridge for 30 minutes for chocolate to harden. (Place in freezer for a frozen chocolate banana dessert!)
