1 whole wheat English muffin, split
¼ c. prepared pizza sauce
2 oz. lean deli ham
¼ c. part-skim mozzarella cheese
- Toast the muffin halves in the toaster. Top each half with sauce, ham and cheese.
- Microwave or broil for 30-60 seconds until the cheese is melted.
